Go Corvallis - Caribbean Beach Party

WHAT: CCEC is having a Caribbean Beach Party, with a Bitterroot twist…..

WHEN: April 10, 2010 7pm till 12:00 am
WHERE: Bitterroot River Inn
COST: $25.00 per ticket
ATTIRE: It is a beach party, come dressed appropriate if you dare…
FOOD: Island flavor food, pork and multiple salads.
GAMES: Texas Hold Em, Limbo, Beach volleyball (bitterroot beach style if weather permits) and others.
MUSIC: We are making a call to Jimmy Buffett, but in case we can’t get him, we have a DJ and Steel Drums

ROOMS: The BRI is offering a discount on a block of rooms for anyone interested in staying the night.
BABYSITTERS: There will be sitters provided.
RIDES HOME: Take advantage of the free rides home that is provided by volunteers. 

Auction items: We need at least 5 large items for example in the past we have had trips, stock farm golf package, and furniture. We also need silent auction items. Robin Robinson and Kris Hendrickson are heading this up. So if you have ideas or want to contribute please get in touch with them.

SPONSORS for the evening: We need to get as many sponsors as possible to help defer the costs of putting on this event. Here is the 2 options for a company:

$1,000 Gold Medal:
Business logo on all promotional material
A 2’x4’ sign displayed at the event and then will be moved to the CCEC facility to be displayed.

$500 Silver Medal:
Business logo on all promotional material
A 2’x4’ sign displayed at the event
